I'll guide you through the whole process, from beginning to end
My goal is to create a fun and comfortable environment, holding space for you to be entirely yourselves together. From the moment you enquire, everything is thoughtfully tailored to you.
We’ll chat about your vision, your connection, and the moments you want captured most, creating a session that feels relaxed, meaningful, and true to your story. With gentle guidance throughout, you can simply slow down, be present, and enjoy the experience together.

STEP 01:
GET IN TOUCH
Fill in my contact form and you'll hear from me within 24 hours! We'll discuss details, location, date, and chat a little more about your vision.
You don't need everything figured out before booking - we can plan this together throughout the process!
Once you're happy and ready to go ahead, I'll send everything over to collect contract signatures and a non-refundable retainer.
When these are finalised, you're locked in. ♡

STEP 02:
Pre-session Preparation
Leading up to your session, I'll send a questionnaire, session guide, and styling advice. Your questionnaire allows me to get to know you better, and ensures that your session accurately reflects you and your relationship.
Closer to the day, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance. This is due 7 days prior to your shoot (28 days prior for weddings).
From the beginning of the process right through to the end, you'll get ongoing communication - so you're never at a loss of what's next!
STEP 03:
The Shoot
We'll plan your shoot together and stay in touch until the time comes (feel free to reach out whenever, even just to say hi!).
Leading up to your session I'll confirm the date, time, and location. I'll also gently remind you to look over your client prep guide once more, so you're feeling completely prepared!
On the day, there's no need to worry about posing or "getting it right." I'll guide you through prompts and movement, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience together.
Remember to think of this as a date with your favourite person, with a camera quietly nearby. ♡
Step 04:
GALLERY DELIVERY
Your full gallery will be ready within 4 weeks for lifestyle/couples, and up to 8 weeks for weddings. This is often much sooner, though all dependant on my editing queue!
I'll send a link to a private online gallery of all your images, individually hand edited. These are all yours to download, print, and share ♡
Weddings will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours.

How do you describe your photography style?
Warm, nostalgic, and deeply emotion-led. I focus on cinematic storytelling for couples, families, newborn, and elopements, creating images that feel immersive.
Think stepping into a memory, a film scene, or pages from a romance novel.
Rather than focusing on perfectly posed moments, my work prioritises connection, atmosphere, movement, and feeling.
What does a session with you feel like?
Think unhurried, intentional, and cinematic mixed with fun, full of laughter, and intimacy. With gentle guidance and space to simply be yourselves, the focus shifts away from stiff posing and towards natural movement, genuine emotion, and the quiet in-between moments that feel like memories unfolding.
How much is the retainer & can I pay in installments?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your couples or lifestyle session, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the day.
For weddings and elopements: a 30% retainer with final payment due 28 days prior to your wedding day.
If you'd prefer to spread the cost, just ask; I'm always happy to work something out!
What if we're not used to being in front of the camera?
You're not alone, most people feel uncomfortable at first! I use prompts and activities as a way to encourage movement and create natural reactions. My aim is to make this a fun date, where there's no expectation of perfection, just you, present and together.
What should we wear for our session?
Something that feels comfortable, natural, and true to you. Soft neutrals, earthy tones, flowing fabrics, and layered textures always photograph beautifully. After booking, you’ll receive a detailed style guide with colour palettes, outfit inspiration, and tips to help bring everything together effortlessly.
When will we receive our gallery?
Dependant on the package you booked - longer sessions have longer delivery times.
I give a timeline of up to 6 weeks for lifestyle & couples, and 8 weeks for wedding gallery delivery. This is to account for busy periods, unforeseen circumstances or illness.
Galleries are often delivered much sooner, which I love keeping as a little surprise for my clients!
Where are you based & do you travel?
I'm based in Officer - the outer south east suburbs of Melbourne.
Travel within Melbourne is included within 50km from 3810. Sessions outside this area may incur a small travel fee.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Retainers are non-refundable, as they are taken to secure your date and time.
If you need to reschedule, I completely understand — life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice and applied to a new available date within a set timeframe.
If you need to cancel, your payment cannot be refunded, but will instead be kept as credit for you or anyone you nominate for a future session.
In the case of emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll handle it with care.
