From the first email, we’ll work out what you’re planning and what will make it feel like you — whether that’s a couples session, wedding day or family at home.

I’ll give you enough direction that you never feel awkward or lost, but plenty of space to actually enjoy being together.

THE PROCESS

STEP 01:

GET IN TOUCH

Fill in my contact form and you'll hear from me within 24 hours! We'll discuss details, location, date, and chat a little more about your vision.

You don't need everything figured out before booking - we can plan this together throughout the process!

Once you're happy and ready to go ahead, I'll send everything over to collect contract signatures and a non-refundable retainer.

When these are finalised, you're locked in. ♡

STEP 02:

Pre-session Preparation

Leading up to your session, I'll send a questionnaire, session preparation guide, and styling guidance. Your questionnaire allows me to get to know you better, and ensures that your session accurately reflects you and your relationship.

Closer to the day, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance. This is due 7 days prior to your shoot (28 days prior for weddings).

From the beginning of the process right through to the end, you'll get ongoing communication - so you're never at a loss of what's next!

STEP 03:

The Shoot

We'll plan your shoot together and stay in touch until the time comes (feel free to reach out whenever, even just to say hi!).

Leading up to your session I'll confirm the date, time, and location. I'll also gently remind you to look over your client prep guide once more, so you're feeling completely prepared!

On the day, there's no need to worry about posing or "getting it right." I'll guide you through prompts and movement, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience together.

Remember to think of this as a date with your favourite person, with a camera quietly nearby. ♡

Step 04:

GALLERY DELIVERY

Your full gallery will be ready within 4 weeks for lifestyle/couples, and up to 8 weeks for weddings. This is often much sooner, though all dependant on my editing queue!

I'll send a link to a private online gallery of all your images, individually hand edited. These are all yours to download, print, and share ♡

HOW DO I BOOK?

Send through an enquiry with a few details about what you're planning. From there, I'll let you know my availability, answer any questions and send through the relevant options. Your date is secured once your contract is signed and retainer is paid.

DO WE NEED TO HAVE EVERYTHING PLANNED BEFORE WE BOOK?

Not at all! You don't need to have every location, outfit or timeline figured out before you get in touch. Give me the general idea and we'll work out the details together.

WILL YOU HELP US PLAN THE SESSION?

Absolutely. I'll help with locations, timing, outfits and ideas depending on what you're planning. If you're completely stuck, that's fine too — I can suggest options based on the kind of photographs you're drawn to.

HOW MUCH DIRECTION WILL YOU GIVE US?

Enough that you're never left wondering what to do, but not so much that everything feels choreographed. I'll give you prompts, things to do together and gentle direction when it's needed, then let you get on with being yourselves.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE BOOK?

You'll receive everything you need to prepare for your session or wedding, including any relevant guides and questionnaires. We'll stay in touch as the date gets closer and finalise the details together.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

You'll receive your full gallery within the turnaround time outlined for your booking. For lifestyle you can expect your gallery within 4 weeks, couples within 4-6 weeks, and weddings within 8 weeks.
